YouRENT Factory is a digital company providing a cutting-edge real estate management solution built on Odoo with a custom real estate module.
We are looking for a Helpdesk / Customer Support Officer to join our team and ensure high-quality support and client satisfaction.
🎯 Your Mission
You will be the first point of contact for our clients, receiving support tickets, analyzing issues, providing functional support, and ensuring timely resolution and customer happiness.
You will work closely with our product and technical teams to help clients get the most out of our solution.
🔎 Key Responsibilities
Receive and manage incoming support tickets
Understand client business needs
Provide functional support on Odoo and the real estate module
Escalate technical issues when necessary
Follow up until full resolution
Ensure an excellent customer experience
Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements
👤 Your Profile
University degree (Software Engineering, Economics, Business, Management, Finance, or related field)
1–3 years of experience in Helpdesk, ERP support, or business software
Practical knowledge of Odoo is a strong asset
Strong analytical and communication skills
Customer-oriented mindset
Autonomous, proactive, and solution-driven
🌍 Languages
Fluent English
Dutch is a strong asset
French is a plus
