  • Responsabilities :

- Management of Preventive and Corrective Maintenance to ensure optimal performance, reliability of equipment utilities and facilities and to ensure continuous suitability for the production operations carried out.

- Plan Maintenance activities and ensure execution according to the planning and in a controlled manner to avoid impact on product quality.

- Ensure the management and monitoring of continuous improvement projects of machines and installations.

- Manage the stock of spare parts and ensure its proper use.

- Develop the skills of the maintenance team in accordance with standards

- Maintain and continuously improve the energy management system

- Supervise and lead all maintenance processes and operations

- Ensure the follow-up of projects relating to extensions, new installations, and site development.

- Ensure maintenance and optimization of service installations (Water, compressed air, Electricity, Boiler, air conditioning , production lines, impacting critical system in particular)

- Supervise the installation, validation and commissioning operations of equipment and machinery that are -part of the investment projects in collaboration with quality, production and EHS departments

-Supervise Training: maintenance team, team leaders and operators

-Collaborate with Team Leaders for continuous improvement implementation

-Overseeing equipment and spare part inventory and placing orders for new supplies when necessary.

-Manage negotiations with suppliers as well as the corresponding contracts

-Manage relationships with contractors and service providers

-Assigning repair schedules and evaluating repair cost estimates

-Establish, update maintenance procedures and ensure implementation

-Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities

-Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities

-Maintain all manufacturing assets in facilities, monitor equipment inventory, handle purchase orders, invoice approvals, and manage maintenance department budgets.

-Reception, codification and commissioning of new equipment and/or machines

-Conducting regular inspections of the facilities to detect and resolve problems.

-Ensuring all department workers adhere to the safety and security policies and procedures.

-Ensure compliance with standards and any other requirements necessary to guarantee the safety and health of workers and respect of environment

-Propose, in collaboration with the interested functions of the factory, studies and action plans in order to improve the working environment

-Continuously improve system and performance

-Raise awareness and motivate colleagues to adopt a mature behavior of environmental protection and rational use of energy

-Participate in EEHS committee meetings

-Actively participate in risk assessments, environmental aspects, energy risks within its scope in coordination with the EEHS management

-Participate in investigations of non-conformities and incidents within its scope

-Participate in inspections, audits and production audits within its scope

-Actively participate in projects related to EEHS within its scope

-Allow subordinates, member(s) of the EEHS committee, sufficient time to actively participate in the management of the EEHS

-Ensure EEHS action plans are implemented

-Report any deviations or deficiencies related to performance and the EEHS system


  • Requirements :

- Diploma in Electromechanical Engineering or equivalent,

- Experience of at least 2 years in similar function in medical, paramedical, automative or related industry

- Fluent in French and English

- Good Leadership skills

- Good knowledge of electricity, mechanics, and pneumatics

- Good notions in hydraulics
