Description de l'annonce

As are part of service of payroll and Benefits in HR department you will:

-Maintain and monitor employees’ attendance records through the company’s attendance system.

-Identify and resolve discrepancies in attendance data.

-Ensure timely and accurate submission of timesheets for payroll processing

-Assist in benefits administration,

-Track and follow up on employee claims related to attendance salary, overtime, and other HR-related issues

-Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure claims are processed efficiently and fairly.

-Maintain proper documentation for all claim-related activities.

-Serve as point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies attendance and benefits

-Prepare regular and adhoc HR reports,

-Maintain accurate employee records and update HR databases accordingly

-Assist in preparing documentation and reports for internal and external audits.

-Ensure HR records are complete accurate and complaint with company policies and legal requirements.

-Working in HRIS system.

-Promoting company's culture

-Other project can be assigned


Exigences de l'emploi :

-Bachelor's degree in HR Business or related field

-Mathematical skills

-Adaptability and flexibility

-Organizational skills

-Attention to details in maintaining records and documentation

-Communication and interpersonal skills

-Knowledge of employment law and regulations

-Problem solving

-Familiarity with the software for data management

-Handing sensitive information with discretion and maintaining a high level of ethical conduct
