Our plant in Beja actually holding 6000 employees wants to expand its workforce with a passionate and bold Industrial Engineering Project Coordinator to enhance new project development and turn our ideas into concrete achievements.

Your role in the Team:

As an Industrial Engineering Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing technical processes. You will play a key role in implementing new projects and continuously improving working methods.

Here's What you can expect:

•  Team Management: Functionally manage and coordinate your team's activities, assign tasks according to each member's skills, and ensure rigorous project monitoring. Organize and moderate group meetings to track project progress and implement action plans. 

• Project Launch and Monitoring: Organize the start of new projects by establishing a detailed schedule of necessary steps and coordinating resources. Oversee the proper execution of the startup phases and ensure deadlines and productivity targets are met. Work closely with other departments (Quality, Production, Supply Chain) to ensure the integration of new processes. Manage and monitor project-related investments, ensuring costs remain within the allocated budget.

• Process Management and Optimization: Standardize workstations and improve process efficiency to ensure optimal productivity.

• Performance Monitoring: Implement monitoring indicators to measure process efficiency and ensure regular reporting. Analyze and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions if necessary.

What You Bring:

• Education and Experience: You hold a higher technician diploma with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role

in wire harnesses industry.

• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge in Project Management tools and work method optimization, IATF 16949 standards and quality tools such as FMEA and MRPG. Proficiency in continuous improvement tools. 

• Soft Skills: You are a good communicator with strong listening skills. You have solid negotiation abilities, excel in conflict management, and possess proven leadership skills. Stress management and prioritization come naturally to you.
