Planner

Mission:
Under the hierarchical and functional supervision of the Program Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

• Entering customer orders and forecasts in a timely manner.
• Ensuring proper smoothing of customer demand, considering factory capacity.
• Fulfilling customer requests in accordance with announced deadlines and quantities.
• Estimating procurement needs based on various parameters: production, customer demand, financial constraints.
• Identifying potential supply risks and proposing preventive or corrective actions.
• Developing weekly and monthly production schedules (PDP) based on production resources, inventory levels, and distribution capabilities.
• Ensuring customers receive delivery commitments and that any deviation impacting OTD (On-Time Delivery) is communicated with a recovery plan.
• Coordinating with the scheduling and production teams in case of risks affecting the factory plan to resolve issues.
• Modeling data using various tools and continuously improving these models (e.g., customer demand simulations).
• Monitoring stock levels monthly and alerting management in case of discrepancies.

Profile:

• Engineering degree or Master’s in production management, industrial engineering, or logistics.
• Fluent in English (English-speaking clients).
• Solid understanding of electronic board and sub-assembly manufacturing processes is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of planning techniques.
• Proficient in ERP systems.
• Team player, good negotiator, autonomous, dynamic, and stress-resistant.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
