As part of this expansion, we are looking to hire an Accounting & Admin Officer who will collaborate closely with our team, working alongside the company's CFHRO and accounting firms in France, the Netherlands, and Tunis to support the group financial operations.
Your Missions:
Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Assist the CFHRO with day-to-day financial tasks, including bookkeeping and filing supplier invoices.
• Manage the group’s bank accounts and perform bank reconciliations.
• Track and manage the group’s travel and mission expenses.
• Support the preparation of monthly management accounts, including month-end reconciliations and annual financial statements.
• Manage client contracts: engagement letters, amendments, etc.
• Provide all accounting documents to the three accounting teams in Tunisia, France, and the Netherlands.
• Address auditors’ queries and support the audit process.
• Conduct basic financial analysis to identify trends and provide insights to support decision-making.
• Monitor budgets and track financial performance against targets.
• Contribute to financial forecasting and variance analysis.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Collaborate with other departments to gather data and resolve financial discrepancies
Your Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of proven experience in a similar financial or accounting role.
• Good understanding of bookkeeping, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent numeracy skills and comfort in manipulating numbers.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills in both English and French.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
