Location: Sousse - Sidi AbdelhamidPeople Growth (80%):

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop learning solutions that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Design and implement effective training programs using a variety of delivery methods (e.g., instructor-led, eLearning, virtual, etc.).
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops for employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Partner with subject matter experts, trainers, and instructional designers to ensure training materials are accurate, engaging, and effective.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to learning and development.
  • Follow-up Training & development KPI’s
People Acquisition (20%):
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs, job specifications, and requirements for each position.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top-quality candidates, including sourcing, social media campaigns, job fairs, and employee referrals.
  • Facilitate the hiring process, including preparing job offers, negotiating terms and conditions of employment, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data in the ATS.
  • Follow-up Recruitment KPI’s
Your profile
  • Education & Experience
    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or related field.
    • 3–5 years of experience in HR development, training, or talent management (experience in recruitment is an asset).
    • Experience in an industrial or multinational environment is a plus.
Skills & Competencies
  • Strong knowledge of learning & development methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR metrics and drive data-based actions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems (experience with HRIS tools is an advantage).
  • Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) and other learning technology
  • Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
