Description de l'annonce
Location: Sousse - Sidi AbdelhamidPeople Growth (80%):
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop learning solutions that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Design and implement effective training programs using a variety of delivery methods (e.g., instructor-led, eLearning, virtual, etc.).
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops for employees at all levels of the organization.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements.
- Partner with subject matter experts, trainers, and instructional designers to ensure training materials are accurate, engaging, and effective.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to learning and development.
- Follow-up Training & development KPI’s
- Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs, job specifications, and requirements for each position.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top-quality candidates, including sourcing, social media campaigns, job fairs, and employee referrals.
- Facilitate the hiring process, including preparing job offers, negotiating terms and conditions of employment, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data in the ATS.

- Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in HR development, training, or talent management (experience in recruitment is an asset).
- Experience in an industrial or multinational environment is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of learning & development methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR metrics and drive data-based actions.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems (experience with HRIS tools is an advantage).
- Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) and other learning technology
- Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
- Passionate about people development and growth.
- Empathetic, collaborative, and proactive.
- Structured, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
