 HR Continuous Improvement & Career Path Specialist

LocationZ.I. El Fejja – 5012 Sahline, Monastir – Tunisia

Department: HR
Reports to: HR Director

Purpose of the Role

In a ramp-up phase, this role is critical to drive HR Continuous Improvement Projects (CIP) with a focus on digitization, dashboards, reporting, and process optimization to support rapid organizational growth. The role also supports the career path process for direct employees, ensuring promotion procedures are applied efficiently and transparently.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead HR CIP initiatives focused on digitization, automation, and process optimization to support rapid scaling

  2. Design, implement, and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and HR reporting tools to provide visibility and enable data-driven decisions

  3. Analyze current HR processes, identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies, and implement practical solutions in a fast-changing environment

  4. Collaborate with IT, HR teams, and other departments to implement digital HR workflows and tools

  5. Ensure smooth adoption and proper use of digital HR systems across the organization

  6. Support the career path and promotion process for direct employees by monitoring eligibility, tracking requests, and ensuring correct application of policies

  7. Prepare reports, presentations, and analytics for HR leadership and management to track CIP progress and HR performance metrics

  8. Ensure all HR processes and digital initiatives comply with internal policies and labor regulations

  9. Act as a key driver for change, supporting HR and the wider organization during ramp-up growth

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field

  • 3–5 years of experience in HR process improvement, HR digitization projects, or HR analytics

  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, systems, and performance metrics

  • Experience designing dashboards, reporting tools, and digital workflows

  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and identify opportunities for improvement

  • Project management skills and ability to coordinate multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to work independently and drive change across multiple departments
