Job Title:Senior Sales Instructor / Lead Instructor

Location:Hybrid (Onsite & Online) – Tunisia

ABOUT THE ROLE-

We’re looking for an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Lead Instructor. You’ll deliver high-impact sales training, turning participants into full-stack sales professionals, from AI-assisted prospecting to closing high-ticket deals, for success in competitive global markets.

YOUR MISSION-

Guide learners through structured modules that build real-world sales expertise, ensuring measurable improvement from foundational concepts to advanced execution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES-

  • Live Training:Lead sessions on mindset, prospecting, discovery, negotiation, and retention.
  • Roleplays & Coaching:Run real-world scenario exercises and give actionable feedback.
  • Content & Demos:Create short instructional content on tools, metrics, and processes.
  • Certification:Track progress, evaluate projects, and certify readiness for senior sales roles.
  • LMS Management:The course is hosted on our internal Learning Management System (LMS); you will be responsible for tracking student progress, managing engagement, and evaluating performance within the platform.

TOOLS YOU’LL USE-

  • Prospecting/data tools (e.g., Apollo.io, Clay ..)
  • CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce ..)
  • AI & productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Notion ..)
  • Collaboration platforms (e.g., Miro ..)

WHO YOU ARE-

  • 5+ years in B2B, high-ticket, or consultative sales
  • Experienced in teaching sales frameworks
  • Comfortable with AI and modern sales tech
  • Metrics-driven with strong performance insight
