  1. PRIMARY OBJECTIVE OF POSITION

The Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. This role involves prospecting, product presentation, negotiation, and closing sales while ensuring customer satisfaction and market growth.

  1. TASKS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities and Means

1. Sales Strategy Development and Execution:

  • Define and implement sales strategies to drive business growth, achieve sales targets, and improve client acquisition.

  • Lead the creation and execution of sales campaigns, ensuring they align with broader business and marketing goals.

  • Oversee and manage the sales pipeline, identifying and prioritizing key sales opportunities.

  • Regularly review sales performance, providing insights and adjustments to sales approaches as needed to meet revenue targets.

  • Develop and nurture relationships with key customers and partners to maximize revenue and growth.

2. Sales Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop, implement, and oversee the marketing strategy that supports both short-term and long-term business goals.

  • Create and manage the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, social media, email, etc.).

  • Align marketing efforts with sales objectives to drive lead generation and conversion.

  • Regularly assess and refine marketing initiatives based on performance analytics, ensuring campaigns are producing optimal results.
