We are BIG BANG CO., an HR Tech startup founded in December 2025 with a mission to disrupt established HR codes. We're building a new generation of recruitment solutions and are assembling our core team to bring this vision to life.

Your past job titles and formal experience are less important to us than your creative vision and your ability to translate abstract ideas into stunning visual reality. YOUR MISSION:

You will be the primary visual artist of our brand. Working closely with the founders and our web developer, you will transform our core vision into compelling designs that define our digital presence.

The specific missions includes:

- Design and iterate on the user interface (UI) and visual identity for our startup's website and platforms.

- Create engaging templates and visual content for our social media channels.

- Collaborate with the growth team to ensure designs are feasible and faithfully implemented.

- Help shape and evolve the overall brand identity of BIG BANG CO.
