Description:
We are seeking a Technical Sales Manager with a background in Bioengineering, Biotechnology, or related fields.
This role combines technical expertise, project management, and customized turnkey solutions to ensure successful deliveries for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and oversee scientific and technical projects from initiation to completion.

Act as the technical point of contact for clients, translating their requirements into actionable project plans.

Support client interactions, including technical discussions, project updates, and solution explanations.

Understand client URS and translate them into product-oriented processing and solutions.
-
Liaise between engineering, production, regulatory, and other involved experts to ensure project alignment.

Prepare project documentation: technical reports, schedules, presentations, and progress updates.

Represent machine concepts, technologies, and product processing to clients and partners.
-
Actively follow up on dedicated projects from first contact to final supply.

Participate in FAT, IQ/OQ, SAT, and production start-up.

Identify project risks and propose corrective actions to maintain delivery quality and timelines.
Profile:
-
Degree in Bioengineering, Biotechnology, Biology, or a related field.
-
Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, technical coordination, or engineering support.

Comfortable engaging with clients in technical discussions and project follow-ups.
-
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
-
Fluent in French and English.
