Technical & Project Management Sales

Description:

We are seeking a Technical Sales Manager with a background in Bioengineering, Biotechnology, or related fields.
This role combines technical expertise, project management, and customized turnkey solutions to ensure successful deliveries for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee scientific and technical projects from initiation to completion.

• Act as the technical point of contact for clients, translating their requirements into actionable project plans.

• Support client interactions, including technical discussions, project updates, and solution explanations.

• Understand client URS and translate them into product-oriented processing and solutions.

• Liaise between engineering, production, regulatory, and other involved experts to ensure project alignment.

• Prepare project documentation: technical reports, schedules, presentations, and progress updates.

• Represent machine concepts, technologies, and product processing to clients and partners.

• Actively follow up on dedicated projects from first contact to final supply.

• Participate in FAT, IQ/OQ, SAT, and production start-up.

• Identify project risks and propose corrective actions to maintain delivery quality and timelines.

Profile:

• Degree in Bioengineering, Biotechnology, Biology, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, technical coordination, or engineering support.

• Comfortable engaging with clients in technical discussions and project follow-ups.

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Fluent in French and English.
