Join Transcom as a Talent Acquisition Partner!.
Be on the front line of growth for our team and deliver impactful work on a company level. In this role, you will:
Manage the full recruitment life cycle by coordinating existing and new vacancies in close partnership with Hiring Managers;
Drive candidate attraction and experience proactively to ensure we recruit the best talent for our teams;
Execute selection processes including searching, screening, testing, and matching candidates to the right roles;
Maintain and improve collaboration with recruitment agencies and work closely with Operations;
Ensure administrative excellence by processing recruitments in a timely manner and managing social security registrations.

To be successful in this role, the following is needed:
Proficiency in English at a B1/B2 level;
Proficiency in Italian at a C1/C2 level;
Minimum studies: University diploma or degree;
Specific training and/or work experience in Recruitment;
Previous experience: Minimum of one year's experience as an HR employee or in recruitment;
High-level IT skills in Office package/GSuite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS);
Core competencies including strong communication, teamwork, and a focus on results and quality;
Positive attitude towards interpersonal dealings and the ability to remain motivated under pressure.
