Finance and Accounting Lead (NABEUL)

RESPONSABILITIES: 

  Prepare monthly financial statements reporting

· Ensure the completeness and accuracy of all accounting transactions

· Ensure the accuracy of closing transactions (cut off, accruals, depreciation, provisions…)

· Accounts justification

· Validation of banks reconciliations

· Stock reconciliation, validation and monthly closing

· Gross margins analysis

· Validation of intercompany reconciliation

· Control the monthly tax declaration and ensure tax compliance

· Manage and oversee the accounting team and be responsible for day to day finance and accounts operations

· Ensure that all necessary documents are requested, collected, and compiled

· Detect and address potential compliance issues proactively

· Maintain highly organized and updated files

· Timely audit completion, maintain relations with external auditors and investigate their findings and recommendations

· Assist the Financial and Administrative Director for other financial activities

SPECIFICATIONS: 

· University accountant degree,

· 07-10 years proven experience in financial department within multinational companies .

· Good understanding of compliance requirements .

· Fluent English .
