Field Service Technician (English-speaking)

Main Mission

The Field Service Technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and technical support of industrial equipment at customer sites in Tunisia and abroad (mainly Algeria and Libya).
The role involves on-site interventions, preventive and corrective maintenance, and ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, adjust, and commission industrial machinery at customer sites.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, inspections, and system revisions.
• Provide remote and online technical assistance when required.
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
• Conduct performance tests and quality checks after installation or repair.
• Collaborate with project engineers to ensure smooth operation and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in continuous training programs with international and German technical teams.

Candidate Profile

• Technical diploma or degree in Electromechanics, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Ability to read and understand technical manuals, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.
• Independent, disciplined, and self-motivated with excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Eager to learn continuously and develop toward a senior expert role.
• Fluent in French and English (German is an asset).
• Available for international travel (up to 50%, mainly to Algeria and Libya).
