Caterpillar Generators, Automatic Transfer Switches, Switchgears, UPS Caterpillar Engines Caterpillar Machines Spare Parts On-site Services: commissioning, startup, initial delivery, preventive and regular maintenance, customer service agreements

MTI is looking for a Sales Administration Coordinator to join our team in Tunis.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, coordination, and efficiency of all sales administration processes across our operations.

Main Responsibilities :

Quotations Preparation Prepare commercial and technical offers for end users and local branches.

Centralize and update all quotations.

Prepare monthly quotation reports.

Demand Forecasting & Planning Develop, update, and maintain accurate demand forecasts.

Material Receipt in ERP Collect import documentation from the logistics department and suppliers.

Process equipment receipts in the ERP system based on import data.

Material Invoicing in ERP Issue invoices to end users and Libyan branches via the ERP system.

Share commercial invoices and details with the logistics department for export processing.

Purchase Orders Management Prepare purchase orders for equipment and service acquisitions related to the Machines Department. Sales Recording & ReportingRecord sold units on suppliers’ platforms using data from Sales Support and Sales Managers.

Prepare monthly sales reports with full transaction details (customer, account, activity, S/N, price, etc.).

Commercial Support Administration  Collect approved credit notes and commercial supports from suppliers.

Prepare monthly summaries detailing model, serial number, credit note number, amount, and customer information.

Your Profile Higher education degree (Bac +4/5) in Business Administration, Management, Mechanical studies or a related field.

Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office tools.

Team player with excellent communication skills.

Fluency in English and French is an asset.

Professional Experience: Between 1 and 3 years, or freshly graduated in Mechanical Engineering.
