. Your Mission:

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a key role in growing our customer base and supporting our commercial expansion

.Your responsibilities include:

Lead Generation: Identify and research potential leads using relevant tools and techniques.Prospecting: Engage with prospects via cold calls, emails, and social media to spark interest in Kumulus solutions.Lead 

Qualification: Assess and qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure alignment with our value proposition.

Meetings Management: Schedule sales meetings and product demos with qualified prospects.

CRM Management: Keep all lead interactions updated and accurate in our CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot).

Cross-team Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to coordinate strategies and share insights.

Reporting: Track and report key lead generation and conversion metrics.

Event Support: Contribute to planning and executing commercial events to promote our products.

Adaptability: Support other missions that may arise in a dynamic start-up environment.

. What We Expect From You

Education:Student or graduate from a top-tier business school.

Hard Skills: Solid foundation in management disciplines, notably Finance and Strategy.Excellent command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Soft Skills:Strong team spiritSelf-motivated, proactive, and entrepreneurial mindsetStrong communication and organizational skills

Languages:Fluent in French and English
