QA Tester (Manual)

✅ Responsibilities

• Execute manual test cases for web and mobile applications
• Identify, document, and track bugs using tools such as GitLab, ClickUp, or Jira
• Perform regression, functional, usability, and exploratory testing
• Collaborate closely with developers, consultants, and designers to ensure product quality
• Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and daily stand-ups
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of test documentation (test cases, test plans, checklists)
• Verify bug fixes and ensure timely retesting
• Support the improvement of QA processes and workflows
• Communicate test results clearly and effectively to the team

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Software Tester (Manual Testing)
• ISTQB certification (Foundation or above)
• Familiarity with GitLab, ClickUp, or Jira
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and structured working approach
• Excellent communication and social skills; team-oriented mindset
• Good English (written and spoken)
• German is a plus but not mandatory

• Basic understanding of test automation (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
• Experience with API testing (e.g., Postman, Swagger)
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Understanding of CI/CD concepts
• Familiarity with performance or security testing
• Ability to create or improve QA documentation and processes
