Accountabilities :
•Follows all relevant Plant policies, processes and standard operating procedures so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
•Implements the day-to-day operations assigned for the function to ensure compliance with the established standards and procedures.
•Supervises the day-to-day operations of a single section (packaging or production) to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and in compliance with established standards and procedures.
•Assists quality and plant management in investigations and prepares incident reports when the need rises.
•Communicates internally with other departments such as quality, purchasing and engineering to ensure the progression of work and compliance with SOPs and GMPs.
Qualifications
- Pharmacist.
- Previous experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
