• Communicate with English-speaking patients and guide them through their medical journey.
• Provide treatment information, prepare quotations, and ensure clear, supportive communication.
• Manage patient files, arrange appointments, and coordinate the full treatment process.
• Offer a warm, professional experience from the first message to post-treatment follow-up.

• Experience in medical tourism or aesthetics is a plus.
