Plant Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, coordinate, and optimize plant operations to meet production targets and quality standards.

  • Supervise and develop production, maintenance, and quality teams.

  • Implement and monitor health, safety, and environmental (HSE) prPlant Managerocedures.

  • Control production budgets and manage operational costs.

  • Ensure effective maintenance of machinery and equipment to minimize downtime.

  • Collaborate with supply chain, logistics, and planning departments to ensure timely delivery.

  • Identify and implement process improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen, etc.).

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular operational reports.

  • Support recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of plant staff.

  • Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous learning.

Profile & Requirements:

  • Electrical, Electronics Engineer or equivalent.

  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in plant or production management, ideally in the electronics industry.

  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.

  • In-depth knowledge of production processes, maintenance systems, and quality standards (ISO, Lean Manufacturing, etc.).

  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills.

  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
