Chef d'atelier Production CMS

• Ensure the personnel planning and deployment scheduling in cooperation with the Production Manager (vacation, temporary workers and overtime work).
• Make certain that factory regulations are observed.
• Arrange discussions for the staff of production CMS on a regular basis.
• Make certain, in cooperation with the Production Manager, that all obligations concerning industrial law are followed.
• Plan and carries out job rotation.
• Train the staff according to training schedules and ensure the versatility.
• Monitor quality.
• Participate in Team Leader meetings.
• Ensure that safety regulation are observed in his section.
• Ensure fluent execution of daily SNAC and maintain up to date OIL.
• Build roadmaps to reach goals in KPI under his responsibility like labor , OEE ,BTS, Scrap ,FTT and labor cost.
• Ensure efficiency in manufacturing cost by reducing need to overtime and night shifts.
• Coordinate with MP&L to ensure production planning is in accordance with customer demand
• Redo production planning to ensure the minimum cost of goods transportation by avoiding extra costs of shippin

Profile Required:

• Minimum Bac+3 in a technical field.
• Good Knowledge in CMS& Production.
• Good Knowledge in SQCDP.
• Good Knowledge in pick and place machine.
• Good Leadership skills.
• Fluent English.
• A 5 years of experience in a similar position ideally in the automotive industry.
