CI Leader

You will be responsible for:

·Collaborate with all plant management to assess the current state of the plant’s Operations.

·Establish manufacturing cost saving roadmap and ensure follow up to achieve saving task established by plant management.

·Provide needed training on continuous improvement tools (Lean, Six Sigma…)

·Use standard tracking and reporting systems, prepare detailed plans, drive Improvement project performance, and actively assure timely completion and achievement of product / process quality and savings goals.

·Lead global improvement projects identified by plant management.

·Manage Six Sigma deployment system.

·Manage and provide Six Sigma Training to all Visteon employees.

·Lead the OPEX self-assessment, lean OPEX.

.Lean Assessment audits and develop the improvement

action plan and follow up implementation within due dates.

·Participate in the regular meetings with the OPEX Regional

Leader + all region OPEX plant representatives.

·Participate in the Global OPEX regular meetings.

·Support Customer Lean Audit/Visits.

·Participate actively in all internal meetings and

activities focused on Plant Performance Improvements.

·Apply leader standard work process.

Profile Required:

• An Engineer in a technical field (automatism, electronic, electrical or industrial).
• Fluent English.
• An experience in a similar position ideally in the automotive industry.
