🛠️ Your key Responsibilities:

• Business requirements: Collaborates with business stakeholders, understand and document business needs to design secure and scalable systems that meet the organization's medium and long-term requirements;

• Strategy and solutions: Designs the solutions taking into account each perspective: business, software applications and integrations, the logical and physical data model, as well as the necessary infrastructure;

• Customizations and configurations: Adapts the platforms to align with the specific requirements of the organization - flows and interfaces;

• Integrations: Actively contributes to the design of integrations between the ERP platform and other solutions in the group's ecosystem;

• Security – Incorporates security best practices in the solution design and implementation process, and contribute to ensuring compliance with regulations, such as GDPR.

• Data management: Develops and implements strategies regarding data migration, as well as their cleaning. Ensures the improvement of data quality and their consistency from the perspective of integration with other systems;

• Performance optimization: Defines the necessary indicators and monitors the performance of the systems, in order to optimize them through configuration actions, identifying the necessary resources, or adopting technical solutions according to the performance requirements;

• Project Management: Leads or contributes to the implementation of IT projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, according to scope and quality standards;

• Compliance with architecture standards: Aligns with IT teams and vendors and make sure the implemention follows the approved solutions, according to the standards established at the IT strategy and architecture level;

• Training: Stays informed with the latest technologies and trends in the domain, while ensuring that there is a transfer of knowledge to the internal IT teams;
