We are looking for a dynamic and talented HRD Supervisor to join our team!

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HRD strategies, policies, and programs.
  • Oversee training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and career development.
  • Manage performance appraisal systems and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Lead talent management and succession planning activities.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify HRD needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in HR practices.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HRD programs and make necessary adjustments.
  • Provide coaching and support to employees to foster a positive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR development or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement HRD programs and strategies.
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
