We are looking for a dynamic and talented HRD Supervisor to join our team!

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HRD strategies, policies, and programs.
- Oversee training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and career development.
- Manage performance appraisal systems and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Lead talent management and succession planning activities.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify HRD needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in HR practices.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HRD programs and make necessary adjustments.
- Provide coaching and support to employees to foster a positive work environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR development or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to develop and implement HRD programs and strategies.
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
