Description de l'annonce

The IT Product Manager for the Verifications team will drive the design, development, and enhancement of our instant verification products and source database management systems. The role will focus on improving performance, scalability, and reliability of verification processes while enabling the adoption of advanced technologies such as AI and intelligent data management. This position will play a key role in aligning product functionality with business strategy, ensuring the Verifications portfolio remains competitive, efficient, and capable of supporting future growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Backlog & Sprint Management: Own and meticulously manage the development backlog (e.g., in Jira). Decompose high-level epics and product proposals into clear, granular, and actionable user stories and technical tasks.
  • Requirements Definition & Translation: Excel at taking a high-level business need (e.g., "we need to automate this product") and translating it into a detailed technical specification that a developer can build without ambiguity.
  • Workflow Implementation & Documentation: Collaborate with IT to implement complex, multi-step automation workflows. Create and maintain detailed technical processing instructions for new features and automations, supporting the Head of Product.
  • UAT & Quality Assurance: Design and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with a rigorous, technical focus. Must be able to validate that data flows correctly, system logic is properly implemented, and all acceptance criteria are met.
  • Daily IT Liaison & Support: Serve as the primary, day-to-day technical point of contact for the development team. Act as the "voice of the product" in all sprint-level meetings, clarifying requirements and removing blockers.
  • Process Optimization Support: Support the Head of Product by analyzing existing operational workflows to identify inefficiencies and assist in the technical implementation of solutions.
  • Ideal Skill Profile

    ·  Experience: 3+ years as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Technical Business Analyst, or a similar role in a SaaS or data-intensive environment.

    ·  Core Competencies:

      • Agile & Jira Mastery: Expert-level ability to write technical user stories, define acceptance criteria, and manage a sprint backlog.
      • Technical Specification: The ability to write clear, unambiguous technical requirements and processing documentation is essential.
      • Systems-Level Thinking: Must be a strong "systems thinker" with experience mapping complex data flows, API integrations, and multi-step system workflows.
      • Data Fluency: High comfort level with API structures, JSON, HTML, and data-driven logic. Must be able to understand how data is structured and moved between systems.

    ·  Soft Skills:

      • Exceptional Attention to Detail: This is a non-negotiable skill. This role requires a person who is precise and methodical.
      • Collaborative Problem-Solver: A "blocker-remover" mindset, skilled at working with developers to find solutions.
Strong Communicator: Must be able to fluently "translate" between business/product managers and engineers.
