The jobs in this level are responsible for assisting in the collection and entering of data, acquiring an understanding of the work procedures that are specific in defining what is to be achieved by undertaking specific HR activities
Accountabilities
•Follows all relevant HR policies, processes and standard operating procedures so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
•Implements the day-to-day operations assigned for the HR to ensure compliance with the established standards and procedures.
•Collects, analyzesand collates employee data into various reports in order to comply with internal or statutory requirements.
•Acts as a project or event coordinator ensuring logistical support to key HR projects or events.
•Provides a range of HR services to internal customers, following-up as necessary, to ensure employees’ HR needs are met.
•Coordinates setting up interviews for short-listed candidates to ensure the smooth progress during the selection process.
•Assists in the preparation of various HR documents to ensure the smooth functioning of the HR department.
Education
•Bachelor degree in Business Administration or any related field or relevant experience
Experience
•2-3 years of related experience
