Raw Materials Planner

Location: Z.I. El Fejja – 5012 Sahline, Monastir – Tunisia
Department: Supply Chain
Reports to: Supply Chain Responsible

Purpose of the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage procurement of raw materials based on production schedules.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels and reduce stock shortages or excess.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and monitor performance.
• Collaborate with production teams to align material availability with operations.
• Track material consumption and adjust plans as needed.
• Monitor KPIs related to inventory, procurement, and supply chain efficiency.
• Prepare reports for management on material status and risks.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain accurate documentation.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain management / procurement.
• Strong knowledge of SAP and other planning tools.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage priorities effectively.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
