Description de l'annonce

Purpose

  • Work closely with Commercial Manager, assist daily sales activities.
  • Assist the company's represented agents on customers leads and introduction.
  • Coordinate with the company's network of agent’s market information, updates
  • Reply to existing or potential customers expectations and handle their requests – and ensure follow up from the company's network of agents.
  • Follow up on a CRM in coordination with Commercial Manager
  • Assist in the yearly venue held by the company in Geneva

Reporting to the Commercial Manager

Formal authorities

  • Maritime Agency coordinator
  • Managing enquiries received from customers through sales visits from Commercial manager or from the company's represented agents
  • Issuance of the monthly or weekly Sales Report -

Main responsibilities

  • Pursuance and continuation of customer relationships established already and support to  gain new business.
  • Full assistance to customer on each nomination or request – to make it a successful partnership – ensuring increase and ongoing support
  • Full assistance to Commercial manager
  • Assist any customer with their requirements, bring them satisfaction by being quick and responsive  
  • Assist the company's ships service offices worldwide on their commercial proactive actions, contact customers, relay customers contacts for information, info about relationship with client if any, etc…
  • Contact the company's network to obtain info requested by customer on worldwide basis to build a global offer or requested offer by customer. Collate info into appropriate documents, assure & check info is relevant, submit proposal to customer.
  • Facilitate effective communication between customer and the company's represented agents!

Qualifications

Mandatory requirements

  • Be commercially sided, have the sense of negotiation, be service minded.
  • Excellent people’s skills and ability to move in a multicultural environment.
  • Be customer oriented, ability to maintain and build relationships.
  • Fluent in written and oral English and any other language a plus.
  • Very good communication skills, manage to communicate complex issues in a clear and understandable way
  • well organized, good knowledge of the maritime sector  and its various activities a plus
  • Good knowledge in various administration tasks
  • Results oriented.- curious, resolutive attitude

Additional preferences

  • Discretion, rapidity of execution, fast minded, appreciate to be of assistance.
  • Good use of IT systems & software’s, independence, initiative spirit.
