Quality System Engineer
We are a leading multinational company with operations in Tunisia (Sousse), and we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Quality System Engineer to join our team
Position Overview
As a Quality System Engineer, you will be reported to the Site Quality Manager, and you will be in charge of ensuring that our global operations comply with international quality standards and regulatory requirements. You will be responsible for maintaining and improving our Quality Management System (QMS), supporting certifications, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s Quality Management System (QMS).
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001) and regulatory requirements.
- Support global audits, certifications, and inspections, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead and support internal and external process and system audits.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve quality system relevance
- Lead quality system reviews
- Provide training and guidance on quality system requirements.
Qualifications & Requirements
- University degree in Quality, Engineering or related field.
- Fluency in English.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing environment with at least 3 years in managing quality systems in a multinational or highly regulated environment
- Knowledge of ISO and other relevant quality standards.
- Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
