Chadwell International is a commodity trading company based in Dubai, with offices in Paris, Tunisia and Abidjan, is looking for a Junior Accountant to join our expanding team in Lac1 Tunis, Tunisia.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Accountant to join our Finance team and contribute to the day-to-day financial operations and reporting of our growing organization. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your accounting expertise across a broad range of tasks, supporting both local statutory needs and international reporting standards.

1- What You Will Do

-  Manage daily bookkeeping and general ledger entries ;

-  Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports ;

-  Prepare PL&BS Accounts Justification ;

-  Including Bank Reconciliation.;

-  Reconcile accounts payable and receivable ;

-  Ensure the daily reconciliation of bank accounts in different currency ;

-  Investigating and resolving any irregularities or inquiries ;

-  Create and maintain financial dashboards for management ;

-  Assist in the preparation of cash forecasts and monitoring cash positions ;

-  Collaborate cross-functionally with operations teams ;

-  Help maintain and improve financial processes and controls ;

-  Collaborate with auditors and respond to their requests ;

-  Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data with integrity.

2- Who You Are – Key Qualifications

 - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

2+ year experience in a similar accounting or finance role.

- Good knowledge of accounting principles and local tax regulations.

- Familiarity with ERP systems, Zoho books is a plus.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).

- Strong analytical and organizational skills.

- Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English.

- A team player with a “can-do” attitude and willingness to learn.
