Purpose of Role :

Supports the introduction of new products into manufacturing

Key Accountabilities :

hands-on technical experience in New Product Introduction (NPI)
Supporting the transition of new products into manufacturing
Prototype assembly and functional testing
Supporting machinery commissioning and process validation
Creating or working with manufacturing documentation and standards
Experience in sustaining or improving existing products and processes in production

Qualifications and Experience :

Strong written and verbal communication in English.
Familiarity with ISO 9001 and/or IATF 16949 requirements.
Experienced in a similar role, including new product introduction (NPI).
Skilled in prototype assembly and functional testing.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and production environments.
Skilled in interpreting engineering drawings and technical documentation.
Working experience with wire harnesses and cable assembly production.
