Binit Nearshore Services (BinitNS) is a Consulting and Services company in the TECH and OPS domains. We advise and support our European clients in setting up their nearshore teams in Tunisia as an extension of their European teams.
We are looking for a motivated Junior IT Project Management Officer (Junior IT PMO) to join our team. This role is ideal for someone starting their career in project management, eager to learn and contribute to the successful delivery of IT projects under the guidance of a Project Manager.
Position Description:
As a Junior IT PMO, you will assist in coordinating project activities,
tracking progress, and supporting the Project Manager in planning, reporting,
and monitoring. You will gain hands-on experience in risk management,
stakeholder communication, budgeting, and scheduling, while contributing to the
smooth execution of IT projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining project schedules and tracking deadlines.
- Support budget monitoring and reporting.
- Help coordinate team capacity and resources.
- Report deviations or issues to the Project Manager.
- Support the identification and assessment of project risks.
- Assist in creating action plans and risk mitigation strategies.
- Contribute to project documentation and reporting.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Management, IT, or related field.
- Some knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project methodologies is a plus.
- First experience (internship or 1–2 years) in IT projects is welcome.
- Basic understanding of financial or IT regulations is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
- Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
