Export Supervisor

Purpose of role :

The Export Supervisor is responsible for managing and overseeing the export operations of a company, ensuring efficient, accurate, and compliant shipment of goods to international markets. 

Key responsabilities : 

• Supervise and lead the export team to ensure timely and accurate processing of all export orders.

• Coordinate with production, sales, and logistics teams to plan and schedule international shipments.

• Ensure all export documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, bills of lading, etc.) is accurate and compliant with destination country requirements.

• Ensure proper export classification of goods and compliance with licensing requirements.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

• 3–5 years of experience in export operations, including supervisory experience.

• Familiarity with ERP systems and export software (SAP  or equivalent).

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to resolving shipping issues.

• Knowledge of English language 

• working experience in automotive industries will be desirable
