𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Lac Leman, Tunis
𝗟𝗮𝗻𝗴𝘂𝗮𝗴𝗲𝘀: Proficiency in English and French required
𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: Minimum 5–6 years of experience in finance/accounting roles, ideally within a multinational company.
𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗣𝘂𝗿𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗲:
As Finance Manager at VFS Global, you will own and lead the financial management of operations across the assigned region. Your role is to provide strong financial leadership, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all finance-related activities.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
• Lead, monitor, and control accounting operations across multiple units.
• Implement directives from the Regional Finance Controller.
• Review financial books and MIS reports monthly to ensure accuracy and strong internal controls.
• Manage fixed assets: tagging, tracking, and updating the asset register.
• Enforce internal financial and operational policies (Code of Conduct, VFAR, Travel, Finance SOPs, etc.).
• Support the setup of new operations (banking, SAP implementation, digital tools).
• Conduct regular site visits and unannounced audits to ensure compliance.
• Manage bank accounts and reconciliations; ensure timely payment of all applicable taxes (VAT, Income Tax, TDS).
• Oversee payroll and perks disbursement in line with company policy.
• Coordinate quarterly fixed asset verifications with Admin, IT, and Security teams.
• Reconcile embassy accounts and manage confirmation processes with RFC.
• Ensure full compliance with all statutory requirements and legal/audit frameworks.
• Close audit findings and contribute to internal audit processes.
• Drive internal stakeholder satisfaction and promote continuous team development.
• Manage all statutory and audit-related obligations for direct and indirect taxation.
𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 & 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
• Master’s degree in finance, Accounting or a related discipline.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Experience with SAP is mandatory.
• Strong analytical mindset and excellent organizational skills.
