HRIS & Projects specialist

Artus is recruiting, on behalf of a multinational company based in Sousse, Tunisia, an HRIS & Projects specialist ( Human resources information system & Projects specialist) 

Main Responsibilities : 

• Coordinate and support the implementation of HR projects at both local and global levels.
• Organize and take part in system testing phases.
• Serve as the primary contact for local HR system users and escalate technical issues when required.
• Provide support in HR reporting and data analysis.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and the documentation of HR procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements : 

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: At least 5 years of experience in HR, including a minimum of 2 years in HRIS administration.
System Knowledge: Hands-on experience with HR systems; knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors is a strong advantage.
Languages: Solid command of English, both written and spoken.
