02 Test Leads

As part of Ascend Test Management we are currently looking for 02 Test Leads with the following skillset. 

Job Description:

- Proven experience in Test Management tools (e.g., HP ALM, Jira-Xray, qTest, Azure DevOps). Including Test Case Design, Test Case Review, Test Data Management and Test Execution Setup.

- Collaborate with business and IT teams to define test scenarios, test cases, and acceptance criteria.

- Experience with efficient Defect Triage and Defect Management Process.

- Strong understanding of SAP modules relevant to construction industry: Logistics & Supply Chain, Finance & Controlling, Plant Maintenance and so on.

- Experience in data migration testing using SNP Tools, cutover validation, and UAT coordination.

- Excellent Stakeholders communication and stakeholders management skills.

Desirable Skillset:

- 10-12 years of experience in SAP Test Management, with at least 5 years in SAP S/4 HANA modules Logistics & Supply Chain,  Finance & Controlling, Plant Maintenance and so on.

- Experience with OpenText UFT/ TRICENTIS TOSCA automation – framework setup, test case design, execution, and maintenance.

- ISTQB Advanced or equivalent certification is a plus.
