HR Workday Experts

Process-Oriented:

- Analyze and map HR processes (e.g., hire-to-retire, time & absence, compensation, talent).

- Translate HR business requirements into functional and technical Workday solutions.

- Advise on best practices and process improvements within Workday HCM.

- Document workflows, configurations, and process changes.

Technical:

- Configure Workday HCM modules (Core HR, Recruiting, Absence, Time Tracking, Compensation).

- Build and optimize workflows, approvals, and automation rules.

- Develop advanced reports, calculated fields, and Dashboards.

- Manage integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, REST/SOAP APIs) to payroll, ERP, and other HR systems.

- Ensure data consistency, quality, and security across systems.

- Support release updates: test new features and implement relevant functionality.

Required Skills & Experience: 

- Strong knowledge of HR processes and compliance requirements.

- Proven experience in Workday HCM configuration and module rollout.

- Technical expertise in reporting, integrations, and security setup.

- Familiarity with data migration, testing, and errors resolution.

- Ability to bridge HR process needs with system design.

- Clear communication with HR stakeholders and IT teams.
