RK Digital is looking for a highly experienced HR Manager to join us.
We need someone who can:

Recruit and onboard top talent to grow our team.

Communicate fluently in English, as we work closely with American clients.

Support tech production projects with the right HR strategies.

Handle contracts, policies, and team performance with professionalism.

Lead and manage growth, as we scale to 40+ team members by mid-2026.
* Requirements:

1 to 5 years of proven HR experience

Strong leadership & organizational skills

Excellent English communication
* Competitive salary: 1200 DT – 1800 DT (depending on experience).
