IT Service Recharge & Asset Management

Focus: IT Service Recharge Operations and Financial Governance

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented specialist to support and enhance our IT service recharge operations, ensuring transparency, accuracy, and efficiency in cross-country IT cost allocation. 

This role will also support IT asset management as it relates to recharge processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- IT Service Recharge Operations.

- Operate and maintain the IT services recharge platform (Serviceware), ensuring accurate and timely processing of cost allocations.

- Collaborate with vendor support to implement and maintain custom recharge rules tailored to evolving business needs.

- Manage master data for recharge operations, including recipients, billing IDs, service products, and pricing accuracy.

- Coordinate the preparation, validation, and delivery of recharge import files for all IT services.

- Oversee the end-to-end recharge process from data import to SAP export and invoice generation.

- Facilitate country-level recharge validation, acting as the central contact for queries and approvals.

- Handle internal customer requests, manage feedback, and resolve disputes or erroneous charges through credit note issuance.

- Support financial planning activities by providing recharge forecasts for budget planning cycles.

- Produce and distribute standard and ad-hoc recharge reports for internal stakeholders.

- IT Asset Management (in Support of Recharge)

- Maintain asset-related data within the Configuration Management Database (CMDB), including Billing IDs and associated metadata.

- Leverage software and hardware discovery tools to build accurate IT asset inventories supporting recharge accuracy.

- Contribute to the development and delivery of custom reports aligning asset usage with service cost allocation.

- Support the implementation and tracking of hardware asset management processes in the ITSM tool to improve recharge precision.

- Service Catalogue Governance.

- Support ongoing updates and lifecycle management of the service catalogue, ensuring services are clearly described for recharge purposes.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders for catalogue publication, distribution, and periodic reviews.
