Marketing & Communication Specialist
Main responsibilities:
- Develop and execute communication strategies, plans, and campaigns that align with the organization's goals, culture, and values
- Create and manage internal communication channels, such as intranet, emails, newsletters, social media, and events
- Write, edit, and proofread internal communication materials, including announcements, articles, presentations, and videos
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and relevance of internal communication messages and content
- Provide communication guidance and support to HR leaders and managers to effectively communicate with their teams
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness communication programs and initiatives and make recommendations for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and technologies in internal communication
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a communications role.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (with advanced skills in Word and PowerPoint) and social media platforms.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to effectively prioritize projects, multi-task, and manage time efficiently.
- Strong public speaking and interpersonal skills.
- Highly detail-oriented with exceptional networking abilities.
- Proven experience in building and maintaining media contacts is a strong advantage.
- A deep understanding of the company’s mission, vision, and product/service offerings.
