MAINTENANCE MANAGER (Cablage auto)

Crit RH recruits on behalf of his client a MAINTENANCE MANAGER

Mission:

-  To supervise all activities of the Maintenance management (Equipment supplier technical relationships, Maintenance planning )

- follow preventive & curative maintenance for equipment and infrastructure

- support production to increase the productivity

- To monitor maintenance activity & KPI

- To manage the Maintenance team

Final goal is to help preserve our reputation by ensuring our Customers satisfaction to be capable to drive a sustainable growth of our business.

Responsibilities:

-Supervises personnel, provides information, advices on an organizational basis

-Manages and follows up stocks of spare parts

-Guarantees equipment compliance with quality

- Permanently verifies the state of operation of the mechanical parts to machinery, equipment and installations in order to prevent the interruption of productive activities due to defects

- Ensures the operation of machines, machinery and installations in full safety, mechanically, pneumatically, electronically

- Maintain in safe working condition the tools, the spare parts, the measuring and control devices, the necessary materials and equipments

- Observe strictly the instructions regarding the operation and maintenance of the machines

-Providing technical support on production lines.

-  Follow-up  Extraordinary Maintenance Register;

 - Provides support for introducing new products and continuously improves processes for each product

- Minimizes downtime for equipment due to problems in all processes - Minimizes downtime for repairs and maintenance

- Provides preventive maintenance of the equipment and observance of the maintenance plan

- Ensure that all devices are in good condition, checked and ready for production - Provide all required information and data for a specific process / machine / devicek

- Is responsible for the efficient (without waste) use of the materials used;

- Respect hygiene standards and hygiene on his own work equipment specific to the production activity

- Maintain the 5S of maintenance area / and all the equipements
