Are you passionate about quality, precision, and excellence in clothing manufacturing?

ASADA GROUP is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to take full responsibility for ensuring that every product leaving our factory meets the highest standards of quality, durability, and compliance.

 

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee product quality across all stages of production: fabric inspection, cutting, sewing, washing, finishing, and packaging.

  • Define and implement quality standards and specifications for garments.

  • Conduct product inspections, tests, and evaluations to ensure compliance with customer and certification requirements 

  • Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues.

  • Collaborate with design, development, and production teams to align on product expectations.

  • Train and guide teams on product quality awareness and best practices.

  • Prepare reports for management and support client audits.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Quality Manager or Senior Quality Controller in clothing/apparel production.

  • Deep knowledge of garment construction, textile properties, and finishing techniques.

  • Strong understanding of international quality standards and certifications.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

  • High attention to detail, with a hands-on and problem-solving approach.
