Manufacturing Engineering TECHNICIAN

Purpose of Role :

• Supports the introduction of new products into manufacturing

Key Accountabilities :

• Support the definition and implementation of manufacturing standards, processes, and documentation.
• Assist with machinery commissioning and ensure readiness for production.
• Contribute to the development and validation of new manufacturing processes, including continuous improvement initiatives.
• Produce prototype and pre‑production product batches to verify design and process capability.
•  Perform hands‑on testing, data collection, and analysis to support process and product validation.

• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and/or IATF 16949 requirements.
• Experienced in a similar role, including new product introduction (NPI).
• Skilled in prototype assembly and functional testing.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and production environments.
• Skilled in interpreting engineering drawings and technical documentation.
• Working experience with wire harnesses and cable assembly production.
