Position: Internal Auditor (Based in Sousse)
Scope:
As an Internal Auditor, you will ensure compliance with internal standards, identify non-conformities, evaluate operational systems, and support the decision-making process by conducting detailed analyses across the company’s activities. You will also help maintain procedural integrity and optimize internal controls and reporting tools.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure and verify compliance with internal standards and detect non-conformities.
- Analyze the effectiveness of internal systems and identify areas for improvement.
- Monitor and verify accounts on a weekly/monthly basis and oversee the workflow of external offices.
- Support management in steering business activities.
- Conduct audits, studies, and specific analyses across all company operations to support strategic decisions.
- Contribute to the improvement and proper implementation of procedures, including enhancements to the information system.
- Prepare and maintain regular and monthly dashboards.
- Draft weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual audit reports within the scope defined by the Manager.
- Produce ad hoc reports and follow-ups as requested by the Manager.
Key Competencies & Skills:
- Advanced computer skills.
- Strong ability to compile detailed and structured reports.
- Solid understanding of standards, procedures, legal and regulatory frameworks, and audit/accounting rules.
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong financial and document analysis skills.
- Demonstrated sound and independent judgment.
- Fluent in English and French; additional languages are a plus.
