Crit RH recruits on behalf of his client a PLANT MANAGER
Reports to : CEO
MISSIONS:
-Assist and support the General Management in the definition of general development plans
-To guarantee the correctness, completeness and transparency of the representative documents of the Company's production dynamics
The final goal is to help preserve our reputation by ensuring our Customers satisfaction to be capable to drive a sustainable growth of our business.
RESPONSABILITES:
Collaborate with the property to achieve the general objectives
Collaborate in defining the organizational structures of the plant
Exercise the management powers entrusted to it by the Property respecting the received directives, approved plans and strategies, company policies and procedures
Manage the production process independently, guaranteeing production on time, in the quantities foreseen and in the defined quality standards
Coordinate and manage all company processes supported by its employees
Ensuring the implementation of the directives and plans provided for in the envisaged deadlines, through the efficient and effective management of the resources for which it is presumably responsible
Responding to irregularities that may occur in the management of the various bodies and failure to achieve the objectives assigned
Interface with all the various institutions of the main office
Planning / production support
Maintenance support
Drafting / analysis of production indicators and company costs
Support for personal programming
Support for purchases of materials and capital goods
Collaborate with the property to achieve the general objectives of the site
Manage and coordinate independently the activities of all departments / bodies, guaranteeing the profitability of the plant, in terms of time, quantity and quality standards defined
Exercise the management powers entrusted to it by the Property respecting the received directives, plans and approved strategies.
Provide the guiding ideas for the company's activities, coordinate the policies and the business processes within their own organizational reality
Ensure the implementation of the directives and plans provided for in the envisaged deadlines, through the efficient and effective management of the resources that are the subject of responsibility
PROFIL:
Education / Qualification/ Experience :
* Hight school diploma * Similar and significant experiences * Management experiences with various titles
* Knowledge of the Automotive sector
* Knowledge of production processes: electric wiring
for cars, plastic molding
* Knowledge and awareness of management
