HR Business Partner/DRH

HR HOUSE International is hiring for her partner an HR Business partner in Medtech industry with the bellow required skills :

• Partner with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.
• Provide HR support in areas like employee relations, performance management, and legal compliance.
• Lead talent acquisition, including recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
• Manage employee engagement initiatives to maintain a positive work environment.
•  Analyze HR metrics to drive data-informed decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations at all levels.
• Act as an HR advisor to management and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Oversee a team of 4-5, including managing in-house payroll processing.
•  Ensure standardized talent management practices and HR program delivery (e.g., Talent Review, performance cycles).
• Maintain accurate HR data and reporting according to corporate standards.
