Join the Asteelflash Shared Service Center as a Senior Audit and Process Mapping Specialist, reporting to the SSC Manager. Your mission is to:
•Map out and analyze Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Record-to-Report (R2R) processes.
•Create and maintain detailed process documentation, including process flows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and work instructions.
•Develop, implement, and monitor KPIs and SLAs to drive process improvements and operational excellence.
•Oversee activity transfer initiatives to streamline and standardize processes.
•Utilize ERP systems (e.g., SAP) to review and enhance financial process performance.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process gaps and implement effective solutions.
•Prepare and deliver presentations to senior management on audit findings, process improvements, and performance metrics.
Profil
§accounting roles with a focus on auditing, process mapping, and financial analysis.
§Proven experience with O2C, P2P, and R2R processes.
Knowledge & Skills:
§In-depth knowledge of finance and accounting principles; strong understanding of shared services models and process optimization
§ proficiency in financial systems and software (e.g., SAP or QAD); expertise in creating and maintaining process documentation;
§excellent communication and presentation skills; strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
§ Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is desirable but not mandatory.
