Binit Nearshore Services (BinitNS) is a Consulting and Services company operating in the ITO and BPO areas. We advise our European Customers for their IT projects: From Business Process Digitalization to Infrastructure evolutions and Cloud migrations.
One of our clients is a technology start-up providing data acquisition, analytics, and reporting solutions for investors and asset services. The software platform uses a variety of machine intelligence techniques to automate the understanding of unstructured and semi-structured documents, transforming them into data and delivering them to the different private market participants.
In this context, we are looking to hire a Financial Accountant to join the Service Operations team, working alongside the Financial Controller to support the client’s financial operations.

Your Missions:
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Assist the Financial Controller with day-to-day financial tasks, including bookkeeping and supplier invoice filing.
- Manage company bank accounts and perform bank account reconciliations.
- Support the preparation of monthly management accounts, including month-end management accounts reconciliation and annual financial statements.
- Address auditors' queries and support the audit process.
- Conduct basic financial analysis to identify trends and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Monitor budgets and track financial performance against targets.
- Contribute to financial forecasting and variance analysis.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather data and resolve financial discrepancies.
Your Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of proven experience in a similar financial or accounting role, preferably with one of the 'Big 4' companies.
- Qualified as an accountant by a local or internationally recognized body
- Good understanding of bookkeeping, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent numeracy skills and comfort in manipulating numbers.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with Xero or any other accounting system is an advantage.
